Hot!! Stew Aceh Delicious traditional cuisine

Stew Aceh (Indonesia)
ingredients:
500 gr tuna, cleaned, cut into 2 cm
500 ml coconut milk from half coconut btr

Stir-fry:
2 pcs lemongrass, crushed
2 pandan leaves lbr
7 LBR curry leaves
3 pieces of red onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves btr
3 btr cardamom
1 piece of anise

puree:
5 pieces of red chili
7 pieces of cayenne pepper
3 cloves of garlic
5 pieces of red onion
1 vertebra turmeric
1 vertebra ginger
18 pieces of sour Sunti
1 tsp cumin
3 tsp coriander
1 tsp fennel

How to Make:
1. Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant, add the spice that has been sauteed, stir well.
2. Pour coconut milk stir so it does not break, and cook until boiling.
3. Enter tuna, cook until boiling and oily with a small flame. Remove and serve.
